All our leather journals and portfolios come with two ribbons - one outside to close the leather cover and one inside (two strands) for two refills. If you want to add a third notebook (or more), you will need an additional ribbon set or ribbon kit. Check out this tutorial here to see how it's done!

How do I add refills?

We offer different shipping options, depending on where you are located and how fast you'd like your order to be delivered. For an overview of all your options, please don't hesitate to visit our shipping page!

What are your shipping options?

We are sorry that the item you are looking for is currently out of stock. 
Unfortunately, we can't provide you with an exact date of when we can restock. Instead, we highly reccomend clicking on "notify me when available" on the product page and this way you'll receive an e-mail as soon as the item is back in stock. 😊

When do you restock?

Hi there!

Depending on which shipping options you chose, it can take us a few days to prepare and send your order:

Express orders will be shipped the same day if placed before 1 pm Vienna time, or the business day after.
Priority orders will be shipped on the following business day.
Standard orders will take us 2-3 business days to fulfill and send out.

If your order contains a l'atelier item that is a made-to-order product, it can take up to 4 weeks to produce the item and ship your order.
